After original purchase of dog license, a preprinted dog license renewal form will be mailed each year to owner. Please correct any changes necessary in your mailing address or telephone number. Take the complete renewal form, along with valid rabies certificate and spayed or neutered certificate, to Town Clerk's Office. If renewing by mail, please send complete renewal form, correct fee amount, and the necessary certificates, along with a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Ripley Town Clerk, P.O. Box 2, Ripley, NY 14775 The Town Clerk's Office will then validate the dog license and return all necessary papers in your self-addressed stamped envelope only.
